Life & Annual Membership

Shri Mandir’s membership is open to all. Membership dues are used for Mandir’s operational expenses. There are three ways to become a new member or renew existing membership:

Online:

Online is currently not available.

By Mail:

Download the Membership application and mail it to the address below along with check. Annual Membership will be effective for one year from the date of receipt of the application. Checks must be made payable to "Shri Mandir".

In Person:

Attend one of the Shri Mandir's events and submit the Membership application along with membership dues (Check or Cash)

Membership Dues:

1. Life Membership fee: $1100.00
2. Annual Membership fee: $111.00 per year
